  • Close Outlook when prompted by the diagnostic.
  • Read the information when the dialog box appears.
  • Start Outlook.
  • Click “next” in diagnostic dialog box.
  • In the “Report Saved” dialog box for the diagnostic, click “Open Report”.
  • Carefully read the information shown in the “OutlookCrashDiagnosticsReport.html” file that is opened in your default browser. Especially take note of the information under the “Recommendations and Additional Actions to Take” section of the report.
  • Click “next” in the “Report Saved” dialog box to end the initial running of the Outlook Product Stability Diagnostic.
